Yes — one time, everything listed above. The only extra cost is your domain name (roughly $10/year, registered in your name). Hosting setup for the first year is included in this offer; after that it's a small annual fee, or we hand everything over and you host anywhere you like.
E-commerce, customer logins, custom web applications and copywriting are outside this package — those need a custom quote, and we'll tell you honestly if you need them (sometimes you don't).
You do — completely. Code, design, domain, content, logo. Everything is registered and delivered in your name. If we ever part ways, you take it all with you, no lock-in.
Small fixes are free for 30 days after launch — typos, swapped photos, changed opening hours, that kind of thing. After that, you can get us for one-off updates or an affordable care plan.
